TopstepTrader 150k combine day 6 : Two and done.

Hey Traders,

Thanks for coming back to read my trading blog for April 1st, 2016. Today is day 6 of my TopstepTrader 150k combine and I’m happy to report it was a 2 and done day. First trade was break even plus 1 tick, the other was 12 ticks.I’m happy about it but I did not let the trade run to my final profit target.

Looking at the trade after it would have made it one tick short of my target but that’s after the fact, this is something that I’m continuing to work on. I did believe in the moment I was trading that it was a good place to take my profits as the market was about to reverse in my trade. After 6 days of trading I’m just short of my overall profit target for the 150k combine which is $9,000. We have to have a min. of 10 days traded so I’m on track to finish next Thursday April 7th.

All in all, a great week of trading, I showed patience, discipline and waited for my one good trade. I also learned today one of my past students just passed her combine and is moving on to the next step with TST! very proud of her and I look forward to her passing the FTP and getting funded!
