Over trading, no patience. Came back strong.

Over traded, no patience, and to many beers the night before. In this video I show how extremely important understanding risk/reward is.

I started the morning off trading terrible, breaking all ym rules, not stick to my trading plan. Basically just doing whatever I pleased without thinking about it first.

I went trough my routine again, waited for the correct setups and took advantage of the inventories news. Ended up with a good profit.
